Sonnet LIX

the hills are green forever here, my dear
and ships will dock in seas of my domain
and happiness will dwell here evermore
and birds will sing and suns shall never wane

the hills are we, eternal mounts of joy

[Except, you know not that the other’s you.]
[Except this world of joy will never be.]

Unless this joyous, mutual love is true!
Unless, you too, at night will call my name
and listen to the echoes sweetly still!
Unless, you too, contrive the times we meet
and hide the burning passion that I quill!

To think, you will but read this probably
and still not know I love you witlessly.

  1. Holy geez! how many poems can you write in ONE DAY?! where do you get your inspirations so quickly?! and wow, you have a way with words to be able to put it down on paper to quickly.

Anyways, this one's funny, it's cool. Keep going!

A word is dead
When it is said,
Some say.

I say it just
Begins to live
That day.
